RECORDING COMPLIANCE
The application ensures a law-compliant recording of all communication channels in Microsoft Teams, including audio calls (internal and external calls), chat conversations, and video meetings. This allows customers to capture and store all communication in the Microsoft Azure cloud, ensuring compliance with the complex requirements of MIFID II, HIPAA, Dodd-Frank or GDPR when using Microsoft Teams.
RISK MANAGEMENT WITH ANALYSIS TOOLS
The analysis capabilities of ASC Recording Insights coupled with the innovative AI features of Microsoft's Cognitive Services provide a proactive approach to compliance management. All interactions recorded in Microsoft Teams can be transcribed from audio to text through voice services. In addition, natural language processing facilitates automatic categorization as well as the detection and translation of emotions directly in the application. The content of the communications may be categorized, extracted, transcribed, labeled, translated, and analyzed without human intervention. Potential compliance risks can thus be detected in real time proactively.
In addition to providing its Microsoft Compliance and Recording Insight solutions, ASC Americas will work closely with Planète Mobile to provide unique content and solutions for the Canadian market.
